Booking Process
OUR PROCESS

Set Parameters
The user sets the parameters, such as the number of days they want to book a room for, the number of people (adults + children) that are being booked for, and the preferred category.

Room Selection
From the search parameters set, results are returned, and the user can select a room or rooms from the results and proceed with the booking process.

Rate Selection
They can then select the rate they want to pay from the three rates available:
1. Basic Rate,
2. Standard Rate,
3. Premium Rate.

Sign Up / Sign In
The user then signs up for an account if they do not already have one with the organization, and if they already have an account, they can just sign in.

Details Verification
The user is then shown their details from the booking process and must verify the details. They are presented with the final price plus any applicable tax. They complete the process by agreeing to the terms and conditions, submitting the booking, and receiving an email with all the details and the booking PDF.

Approval and Payment
The user waits for approval from you, the business owner. You can then send them a payment link via multiple payment systems like Ecocash, Onemoney, and InnBucks. For online payments, this system only accepts credit cards, allowing local payment procedures to be handled more directly and securely.
